Kids Club – 2026/27 School Year Registration
Kids Club is Douglas County Recreation's before and after-school program for elementary students.
For the 2026/27 school year, ALL registration will be completed online through Rec, our new registration system.
Important Registration Information
- Rec Account Setup: Go to www.rec.us/douglas-county. and click “Sign Up” (upper right hand corner) to create your new Rec account.
- Click on "Sign Up" (upper right)
- To sign up for Kids Club "click on"
- Select Valley Youth Kids Club (select your child's school site) Click on
- Click on
- Select Participant name
- Select Grade
- Complete 2026/27 DCPR Youth Activity Packet (must complete all required fields)
- Sign and initial all required fields
- When packet is complete, Click on This will add selected AM and/or PM Kids Club to your Fast Track basket.
- When you log on to Register on July 15th, Click on
This will bring you to your previously selected Kids Club registration ie. AM Kids Club.
- Online Registration Opens: Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m.
*IMPORTANT*
Placing your desired Kids Club enrollment into your Fast Track cart before July 15th DOES NOT mean your child is registered. You must register beginning Wednesday, July 15th at 12:00 a.m. to be considered registered.
Monthly Enrollment & Auto-Pay
We are working with Rec to create an Auto-Pay feature for your convenience; however, until this feature is enabled you will need to call the Douglas County Community & Senior Center or drop by the center on the 20th of each month to pay for the upcoming month's program fees.

Children enrolled in Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Kids Club sites for the 2026/27 SY include GES, JVES, MES, PHES, and SES.
When:

AM Program: 7:00 AM - 8:40 AM

PM Program: 3:15 PM - 6:00 PM (PM Program includes start times at school dismissal on DCSD scheduled minimum days and PLC early out days).
You can choose the AM Program, PM Program, or both, depending on your needs. Kids Club is offered every school day as a monthly program.
Cost:
The monthly fee varies based on the number of school days in the month.
Fees are based on the number of school days in the month. To register for Kids Club, families must enroll in the Auto-Pay system. The Auto-Pay system ensures prompt payment and secures your spot(s) in Kids Club for the entire school year.
PLEASE NOTE:
A completed registration packet and payment are required prior to enrollment.
AM/PM Kids Club is not offered on non-school days such as holidays, teacher workdays, or school breaks.
Kids Club sites are filled on a first-come, first-served basis each month, and spaces are limited. Early enrollment is encouraged.
