Our team of caring and dedicated professionals provides support for individuals and families struggling with food insecurity, housing instability, and financial hardship. We work closely with community partners to connect individuals with resources that can help them regain stability and thrive.

 

The Adult Day Club provides a welcoming and supportive environment for adults who are living with cognitive or physical disabilities. We offer a range of engaging activities and opportunities for socialization to promote mental and physical well-being. Our trained staff provides personalized care and support to ensure that each individual feels valued and cared for giving care partners much-needed respite time.

 

Our Community Health Clinic is committed to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare to our community. We offer a range of services, including women’s health, vaccinations, and family planning. Our clinic is dedicated to promoting health and wellness in our community by providing accessible and compassionate care.

 

Our Homemaker Program provides support and assistance to individuals who require assistance with household tasks and activities of daily living. Our trained staff provides personalized care and support to help individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.
