Arnis Philippine Stick Fighting
Wednesdays, 6-7pm

Arnis is a dynamic martial art that combines striking, coordination, and practical self defense using rattan sticks.
In this class you will build timing, reflexes, and fluid movement through partner drills and controlled practice.
It is accessible for all levels and leaves you feeling confident, capable, and energized.

Salsa Dance Nights
Tuesdays
6-6:30pm - Salsa Fundamentals
6:30-8pm - Beginner & Intermediate Salsa
8-9pm - Social Dance Hour

Open to all and designed to get you moving, connecting, and having fun on the dance floor.
No partner needed. If you are new to salsa, please start with Salsa Fundamentals to learn the basics and feel confident jumping in.
If you already know core steps like the right turn and cross body lead,
you are welcome to join the beginner/intermediate class and the social dance hour directly.

Line Dance & Modern Partner Dance

8:15-9pm -Open Dance

Enjoy a full night of dancing set to hip hop, country, and pop.
Start with line dance fundamentals, learning easy to follow routines that build rhythm and coordination.
Then transition into modern partner dance with a focus on West Coast Swing, where you will learn smooth, connected movements and versatile patterns.
The night wraps up with open dance so you can practice, mix styles, and have fun.
Attend one portion or stay for the whole night. Come solo or bring someone. Beginners and intermediate dancers welcome.

Improv
1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month, 7-9pm
Instructor: Jake Tomorrow
Designed to help you let loose, have fun, and laugh in a high energy, supportive environment. No experience needed. You will play a variety of easy to learn, engaging, and outrageously fun improv games while building confidence and creativity. Explore the foundations of improv comedy, get comfortable expressing your unique and playful side, and connect with others along the way.

Dog Obedience

Focuses on teaching your dog basic commands including heel, sit, stand, stay, and recall using a light handed, positive approach.
Designed for dogs 4 months and older, this class helps build clear communication, better behavior, and a stronger bond between you and your dog. Please bring a training collar, fabric or leather leash, and your dog’s shot record to the first class.
Prior registration is required for each session.

Jazzercise

A fun high energy workout that blends dance cardio and strength training into one feel good session.
Easy to follow choreography set to upbeat music will get your heart pumping tone your body and boost your mood.

Pilates

A multi level mat Pilates class focused on building core strength, improving flexibility, and increasing body awareness.
Modifications are offered to support all abilities and injuries.
You will enhance spinal mobility to help reduce back pain and stiffness while also improving balance and coordination.
Small equipment such as weights, toning rings, and resistance bands may be used. Foam rollers are incorporated on the first Tuesday of each month. Mats are available or you may bring your own.

Qigong TaiChi

All levels and physical abilities are welcome. This class focuses on overall health and well-being through Tai Chi and Qigong practice combined with meditation, gentle rocking and stretching, and mindful breathing. Movements are slow and intentional to improve balance, coordination, flow, and smooth transitions while promoting relaxation and body awareness.
