Minden, NV – Despite winter-weather conditions, all Douglas County vote centers will remain open during scheduled hours for the Presidential Preference Primary, Tuesday, February 6 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
On February 4, 2023, Douglas County announced that—due to severe winter weather—all nonessential County offices are to close Monday, February 5. This closure, however, does not affect election centers or election workers, which are considered essential.
Votes may be cast in-person at the following locations: Douglas County Community & Senior Center, Kahle Community Center, Dresslerville Community Center, Topaz Ranch Estates Community Center, and the Indian Hills General Improvement District.
