Parks and Recreation Building ADA Improvements 
Douglas County Community Services is seeking bids for the work set forth in the Bid Documents for the Parks and Recreation Building ADA Improvements Project. The project consists of the installation of ADA-compliant concrete sidewalks and railings.

A pre-bid conference will be held on January 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the project site located at 1323 Waterloo Lane, Gardnerville, NV 89410. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.

Bids are due before 2:00 p.m. on February 10, 2026, at the Parks Office, located at 1323 Waterloo Ln, Gardnerville, NV 89410. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the same location at 2:01 p.m. on February 10, 2026.
