AB 301 & Lakeridge General Improvement District

This bill affects all GID's that are created under NRS 318, which came out to 22. Assembly Bill 301 modernizes governance for Nevada's General Improvement Districts (GIDs) by updating record-keeping requirements, increasing trustee compensation, and adding annual reporting obligations for TV maintenance districts.

The bill also streamlines the process for applying for and transferring affordable housing tax credits, making it easier to finance affordable housing development across the state.
