Minden, NV – The Douglas County 911 Dispatch Center is currently experiencing an outage affecting its administrative (non-emergency) phone lines. There is no estimated time of repair at this moment.

Important:

  • 911 emergency lines remain fully operational.
  • Residents needing to reach dispatch for non-emergency matters may use either of the following functioning numbers:
    • 775-781-5719
    • 775-977-2363

Douglas County officials are working with service providers to restore full administrative phone service as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided as new information becomes available.
