Community Development Public Counter
The Community Development Public Counter is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm for various services within Building, Planning, Engineering, Code Enforcement, and Vacation Home Rentals. The Public Counter is located on the second floor of the Minden Inn in Room 202. Community Development utilizes QLess, a program to assist with checking in at the public counter to submit or pick up permit applications, assess plan reviews or to ask general questions. Additionally, the public can make a walk-in appointment in person at the kiosk in the lobby of the Minden Inn on the first floor.

Receive updates - Communicate by text or voice message, receiving updates and sharing any delays you may anticipate.
