Douglas County Using New Agenda Software - Peak

Minden, NV- Douglas County currently contracts with Granicus for meeting management software for public meetings and has upgraded from their IQM2 platform to their Peak platform to improve on the current management of board meetings through newer and more modern software. Peak allows for customization at the County level and is more user friendly than IQM2. The upgrade will benefit the public with a more user-friendly way to access support material for public meetings.
The new agenda software will go live January 2022. Public interested in reviewing public meeting materials beginning in 2022, should visit the following website:

Additionally, the County added a Boards and Commissions platform to streamline management of the various advisory boards. The Board and Commissions module allows for management and tracking of advisory boards and members through an automated dashboard to track appointments, generate reports, and accept online applications.
