Registration Required

Once registered in the system, applicants or anyone affiliated with a permit can fully utilize application access and permit search features, track a request through the review process, and pay for multiple items in one transaction.

• • You will need to register for an account prior to submitting or accessing a record
• • Usernames will be your email address
  • ◦ They are case sensitive
  • ◦ Use this same email address when adding to your contact information

Once you are registered, select SIGN IN to submit permits, planning, licensing applications and code enforcement concerns and complaints.

• • If you have issues logging in, please click on "forgot password" and Oracle will send you a link to change your password
• • Inspections – in order to request an inspection, you need to be added on the contact page of the record using the email address that you registered with.
  • ◦ If you want to receive notifications about inspections, your contact type must be Contractor or Property Owner.
