Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)

- CERT volunteers assist during disasters by assisting first responders, operating shelters, and performing community preparedness outreach.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)

- A Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is a trained volunteer appointed by a judge to advocate for the best interests of a child who has experienced abuse or neglect. CASAs regularly meet with the child and case professionals, attend hearings and team meetings, and provide the court with informed recommendations.
Special Advocates for Elderly (SAFE)

- SAFE volunteers are appointed by a judge to advocate for vulnerable adults in court. Adults are most often the elderly, but can also be adults with cognitive or developmental disabilities or any person who is incapable of, or needs assistance in, protecting his or her own interests.
